I won't stand on some big platform about all the things I'll change and do!! We all know it's not that easy!! However, I will stand on trying to adjust the inconsistencies we have in travel times, splits, start and finish locations and mixed up crews that are all over the place.

I know that members choose their work for many of their own personal reasons...... kids, spouses, other jobs, sports, social or other things that are important to them!! We choose work for the days off, or routes, or start and finish times, or locations and it’s not always easy!

I thrive on finding solutions. I believe that by presenting alternative solutions, we can make the changes happen!! You all know I have TEETH and I am prepared to find and present alternative solutions that would force our schedulers to show me why not!!

On June 16th vote for Krista Gebhardt as your Sign-up and Scheduling Representative!
